In your role as Recruitment Coordinator you will provide the key administrative support to the Line Departments and the IT Recruitment team for designated sections of Emirates thus ensuring that all vacancies are filled with capable/competent recruits. This covers all aspects of recruitment including writing/ gaining approval for IVNs, short listing applications, arranging interviews, conducting tests for specific range of candidates, correspondence with line departments/ candidates, briefing candidates/ recruits on pre and post joining formalities, answering all queries raised by candidates and line departments on immigration/labour law/company policies and procedures at all stages of the pre and post joining processes. This job has two distinct functions - Pre-selection and Post-selection activities which will be handled by Coordinator teams located in two different HR departments (Recruitment & HR Service Centre). The Pre-selection activities mostly deal with job related to selecting a candidate and Post-selection activities are related to completing candidates joining formalities who have been selected.

Responsibilities In This Recruitment Coordinator Role Will Include

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure the timely filling of vacancies.
  • Create and manage assessments on platforms like HireVue and Glider.
  • Invigilate and schedule case studies and coding challenges.
  • Advise Psychologists on required candidate testing and coordinate with Recruitment Officers or Line Departments for test arrangements and debriefs.
  • Plan and oversee the end-to-end processes for executive candidate travel, interviews, and familiarization trips.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events and campaigns in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Conduct and oversee pre-onboarding checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, including security clearances, reference checks, and HRA audit requirements.
  • Manage the complete interview process, including scheduling, room bookings, coordination with hiring managers, candidate communication, and feedback collection.
  • Develop and maintain trackers and Microsoft Forms, and manage the IT Recruitment SharePoint.
  • Process and issue agency invoices as required.
  • Handle various ad hoc projects, such as creating trackers, dashboards, and materials using tools like Canva, Visio, and MS Office.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a subject related to Human Resources or similar.

Experience

Human Resources or Recruitment & Selection: 3+ Years

Knowledge/Skills

  • Advanced Excel and Reporting skills, proficient in creating and managing complex spreadsheets, analysing data, and generating detailed reports to support the decision-making processes.
  • Well-organized professional, skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while adhering to organizational SLAs and maintaining efficiency under pressure.
  • Adept in executing administrative tasks, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment projects with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with best practices.
  • Tech-savvy with Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other productivity tools, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in administrative roles, with a focus on scheduling, personnel management or recruitment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
