Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various healthcare roles
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for the healthcare sector
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment within the healthcare industry in the UAE
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and talent market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
