Job Purpose
As part of the Cabin Crew Recruitment team your role will manage the end-to-end recruitment operations team, ensuring the sourcing, attracting, and interviewing of top talent who embody the Emirates Group Values. Develop and implement a global recruitment plan, including campaign destinations, roster management, and partnerships with hospitality schools and suppliers, to maintain high standards and protect the integrity of the recruitment process.
The Cabin Crew Recruitment Specialist Team plays an important role in ensuring shortlisted candidates are professionally and effectively presented for final leadership review. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to position candidates strategically, and the efficiency to manage a high-volume candidate workflow without compromising quality.
With high candidate movement, speed and accuracy are critical. This requires close collaboration with the recruiters, onboarding team and proactive follow-ups with candidates to resolve pending documentation.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to position candidates strategically, and the efficiency to manage a high-volume candidate workflow without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that every step of the post-assessment day process delivers a top-tier candidate experience at all interaction points, keeping the brand at the forefront.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors and Coordinators, ensuring the highest standards in candidate profile preparation and document verification. Drive quality, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring every candidate submission meets the required standards.
- Define and Track KPIs: Monitor team performance and report to the Recruitment Manager, ensuring personalized development plans and mentoring are provided specifically around time to shortlist and invite-to-attendance conversions.
- Campaign Performance Metrics: Identify and analyze metrics to provide insights and drive strategies, addressing challenges and recommending solutions to attract candidates.
- Headcount Planning: Plan and monitor headcount based on business demand, ensuring timely recruitment team staffing and training, considering seasonality and peak periods.
- Training and Process Adherence: Equip the team with comprehensive training on all recruitment processes, including in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment stages, and team responsibilities.
- Process Improvements: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is fully aligned with operational goals and best practices.
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) 5+ yrs OR 12 yrs schooling or equivalent 8+ yrs
- CIPD or any other HR professional certification is desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a leadership role with relevant experience managing a remote team and high-volume processes. Experience working for a recruitment solution, ideally within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, in-house or agency recruiter is preferable.
- Problem solving and analytical skills and ability to diagnose and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
- Strong experience in organizing events and/or managing resources, as well as managing budgets efficiently (advantageous)
- Strong skills in creating and interpreting reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes. Ability to summarize insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS System
- Experience in volume operating business functions with resource/rostering and scheduling activities is an advantage
- Experience with various selection processes (e.g. Digital Assessments, video / telephone interviewing, reference checks etc.) and/or training processes
