SUMMARY:
A transformational commercial leader defining and executing OAG’s Middle East growth strategy. The Regional Commercial Leader will act as OAG’s senior in-market representative, responsible for: Driving new business and account growth across enterprise customers, Developing strategic relationships with governments, regulators, and national carriers, Building a partner ecosystem with resellers, distributors, and technology/data firms, Collaborating with OAG’s Global Customer Success team to maximise adoption of consumption-based products, Partnering with the Global Indirect Sales team to grow revenues through indirect channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Define and execute the Middle East regional growth strategy, identifying priority markets, verticals, and partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and win complex enterprise deals
- Build long-term strategic relationships with senior government, airline, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Expand and protect revenue through account growth, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion of OAG’s consumption-based products
- Partner with Global Indirect Sales to scale through resellers, distributors, and B2B2C models
- Act as OAG’s senior in-region commercial representative, shaping local influence and thought leadership
- Prepare for team build-out, ensuring global sales standards and processes are embedded in the region
- Ability to engage with governments, regulators, and national carriers at senior level
- Experience in both high-velocity transactional sales and long-cycle enterprise deals
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
- Deep understanding of SaaS, data licensing, and usage-based revenue models
- Track record of operating independently while preparing for team leadership
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent English (Arabic desirable)
- Significant experience in enterprise sales, account management, and/or business development
- Proven success in shaping and executing regional strategies and delivering revenue growth
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement platforms
