Responsible for Regional distribution centre setup and daily operations located in Dubai
Job responsibilities
- Lead the setup of Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai;
- Prepare user manual of Warehouse Management System
- Act as key user of internal Warehouse Management System for Regional Distribution Centre.
- Perform UAT / regression test for WMS & SAP
- Responsible of the 3PL management
- Monitor and measure the performance of the 3PL service providers to ensure their fulfillment on service level
- Responsible for the stock accuracy including stock control, cycle count organization and stock check in the warehouse regularly.
- Responsible of subcontracting expenses
- Contribute to cross-functionnal projects (B2B/B2C)
- In charge of packaging and B2C client experience linked to DC operations
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the warehouse operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor or above in Logistics or related disciplines
- At least 8 years working experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail
- Experience in project management
- Strong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management system, inventory control
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder management experience, analytical skills and problem solving skills
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
- Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
- Fluent English
- Passion for taking challenges
- Comfort and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment
