Position

Responsible for Regional distribution centre setup and daily operations located in Dubai

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the setup of Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai;
  • Prepare user manual of Warehouse Management System
  • Act as key user of internal Warehouse Management System for Regional Distribution Centre.
  • Perform UAT / regression test for WMS & SAP
  • Responsible of the 3PL management
  • Monitor and measure the performance of the 3PL service providers to ensure their fulfillment on service level
  • Responsible for the stock accuracy including stock control, cycle count organization and stock check in the warehouse regularly.
  • Responsible of subcontracting expenses
  • Contribute to cross-functionnal projects (B2B/B2C)
  • In charge of packaging and B2C client experience linked to DC operations
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the warehouse operations efficiency and effectiveness

Profile

  • Bachelor or above in Logistics or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years working experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management system, inventory control
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
  • Fluent English
  • Passion for taking challenges
  • Comfort and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment
