About Your Role
Harrison.ai is entering an exciting phase of rapid growth. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a commercially astute Regional Director – MEA to lead our planned expansion and support the decentralisation of our operating model in the region.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this newly created executive role is critical in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing regional team. As a senior leader within the broader Commercial organisation, the Regional Director is directly responsible for in-field execution across Commercial including: Sales, Regional Marketing, Customer Success, Presales and Field Solution Delivery & all related OKRs.
This role will serve as one of the most senior representatives of Harrison.ai in the Middle East, responsible for uniting and inspiring regional team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
As a key architect of Harrison.ai’s future in MEA, the Regional Director will drive innovation, lead market expansion efforts, and ensure sustainable growth across all business units. Strategic territory planning and strong execution will be vital to returning the business to a phase of hyper-growth.

What You Do
- Strategic Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the MEA market, aligned with the organisation's global vision and goals,
- Identify and prioritise new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive expansion, and
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to innovate and optimise go-to-market strategies,
- Sales and Business Development Oversight
- Direct the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective account management, pipeline development, and customer acquisition strategies, and
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster long-term business growth.
- Marketing Leadership
- Oversee the marketing function to enhance brand positioning, demand generation, and customer engagement across all channels, and
- Ensure marketing strategies are data-driven and aligned with sales objectives to maximise ROI.
- Customer Success Management
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring exceptional service delivery through the customer success team, and
- Monitor customer feedback and implement proactive measures to address challenges and improve experiences.
- Collaboration with Shared Services
- Work closely with shared services teams (such as Finance, P&C, IT, and Operations) to ensure alignment of resources and support for growth initiatives, and
- Leverage insights from shared services to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of growth professionals across sales, marketing, presales, field solution delivery, and customer success functions, and
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and report progress to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and executive leadership team, and
- Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced organisation,
- Strong expertise in sales strategy development, marketing leadership, business development, or related fields,
- Existing strong network of decision makers and executives within the provider, payor and regulatory segments with medical imaging contacts,
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and working within a matrix reporting structure,
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels,
- This role involves frequent travel across the region (up to 50%). For operational efficiency, we are seeking candidates who are open to frequent travel, rapid deployment to client sites, or short-notice travel requirements,
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred, and
- Experience selling into public sectors, health care networks, and/or radiology services; PACS systems, imaging analytics and relevant clinical knowledge; experience with radiology AI products preferred.
