The Regional Finance business partner will act as a business partner to the regional logistics teams, driving transparency, compliance, and financial accuracy. This role is responsible for strategy development and implementation, financial and performance management, compliance, process ownership, and lean management, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. The successful candidate will also champion continuous improvement and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and decision-making.

What does the role involve?
Financial and Performance Management
- Manage rolling forecasts, cost drivers, and productivity, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for financial topics, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver reporting and insights to steer business decisions effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the regional logistics strategy in alignment with global goals.
- Develop and communicate roadmaps to ensure alignment across global, regional, and local teams.
- Drive understanding and execution of global and regional strategies, ensuring compliance and reporting standards.
- Own and communicate global processes within the region to ensure training, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Champion compliance awareness and ensure adherence to audit requirements (ICS, ISO, GPMS).
- Oversee and drive regional transparency in control and audit status, ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
- Represent the region in global expert communities, forums, and initiatives to drive knowledge transfer and best practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on controlling and process standardization.
- Cultivate a lean culture within teams, applying tools and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a lean planning roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market and competitor landscapes to support decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to regional and local logistics and non-logistics projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.

What You Need Is
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, and controlling role.
- Expertise in process standardization, cost control, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
