We are looking to hire a Regional Human Resources Administrator, to be based in our office in Dubai to be working with & supporting our employees in the Middle East & Africa region.


The Regional HR Administrator is responsible for providing general HR administration and a wide range of HR support. This includes handling of payroll, social security topics in cooperation with internal payroll partners, coordinating the benefits administration, involvement in the on-/ offboarding process, day-to-day administrative tasks, and various HR projects.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Regional Human Resources Administrator you will:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and managers in your geographic area of responsibility

  • Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and initiatives within regional and global policies/legal requirements, whilst adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.

  • Own the new hire and leaver processes (producing paperwork for new hires/leavers, prepare personal data files, ensure compliance to local legal and other requirements)

  • Compile and submit monthly payroll files to central payroll team

  • Ensure all local employee data is maintained accurately on the HR systems

  • Participate in regional or global projects as required

  • Support the Regional HR Lead as required

About You

You are fit for the role of a HR Administrator if you have:

  • Experience within an HR administration role ideally in a global or regional matrix organization

  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work within a team

  • Experience dealing with sensitive information with the ability to work in a confidential manner

  • Extremely high level of attention to detail and precise working style

  • Can do attitude with a focus on superb service delivery and solution orientation

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Fluent spoken and written English and French language skills
