Responsibilities:
Partner with the executive team to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Lead HR planning for new business ventures, expansion plans, and acquisitions.
Design and implement HR policies, programs, and frameworks to support scalability and efficiency.
Develop strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in competitive markets.
Implement robust onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Monitor turnover rates and design initiatives to improve employee retention.
Develop and implement leadership and career development programs.
Work with department heads to address underperformance and design improvement plans.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys, implementing feedback into actionable strategies.
Oversee grievance resolution processes, ensuring fair and transparent practices.
Monitor market trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting talent.
Ensure payroll compliance and efficiency in collaboration with the finance department.
Partner with the GRC team to create and maintain compliance frameworks.
Monitor and update HR policies to align with changing regulations and industry standards.
Leverage HR technology systems for efficient processes and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and monitor HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and other leadership members on all HR-related matters.
Represent the HR function during board meetings and with external stakeholders.
Ensure the teams in each region implement HR policies and practices that align with global strategies while respecting local laws and regulations.

- Strategic HR Leadership:

- Performance Management:
Develop and implement leadership and career development programs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in HR systems and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
