We are seeking for dynamic, skilled and experienced Regional IT Manager to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure, application landscape and drive digital innovation across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both hardware and software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving operational efficiency. The position will have primary location in Al Khobar, KSA and will require travelling in MEA region.

About The Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both hardware and software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving operational efficiency. The position will have primary location in Al Khobar, KSA and will require travelling in MEA region.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a regional IT strategy that supports business objectives across AL MEA.
- Manager Digital Transformation journey
- Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality support and services
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT hardware, including servers, networks, and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage the deployment, integration, and performance of software applications across the region.
- Ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices and enable efficient business processes.
- Establish and maintain effective IT support services to promptly address hardware and software issues.
- Manage the budget
- Communicate with stakeholders in line with overall decided structure, templates, engagement- and governance models.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Be active member of the Finance & Shared Service Management Team of MEA region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA or degree in accounting is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management; with at least 3 years in a team management capacity.
- Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple countries or regions, preferably in Middle East and Africa.
- Advanced Technologies, RPA and AI. Transformational thinking.
- Good knowledge of business processes and business systems.
- Stakeholder management. Budgeting. Communication skills
