Job Summery:

The Regional Legal Advisor will provide expert legal guidance and support to Tafaseel BPO operations across the regions (UAE, Egypt, KSA, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, and any new operational site) , ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to support the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Counsel:

  • Provide legal advice on various issues affecting the company’s operations in the region.
  • Interpret laws and regulations that affect business operations, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.


Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with local laws and company policies.


Risk Management:

  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.


Dispute Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve disputes, including litigation and arbitration, in coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective dispute resolution.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to provide legal insights that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law.
  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of local and international laws affecting the BPO industry.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technologies.


Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional travel within the region.
  • Fast-paced work environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
