CooperSurgical medical devices are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – MEA and Africa. You will be tasked with developing the business within the regional market, and increase sales and market shares through distribution channel partner management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in the region to drive sales, develop and manage distribution partner sales team, manage and renew contracts and pricing with customers, create a network of KOLs, training and excellence centres to support education and promotion of our clinical portfolio. The role will have responsibility for a clinical specialist to support field activities with distribution partners.

The successful candidate will drive the adoption, implementation and development of our existing surgical and obstetric portfolio solutions, evaluate new market opportunities and serve as a key liaison between product management and sales channels, which includes collaborating with various stakeholders to assess, prioritize and facilitate the development of customer content solutions to solve for customers’ toughest challenges.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth via Channel Partners.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the goals, KPI, training and activities with distributors
  • Manage and renew contracts and pricing
  • Establish and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), training, and excellence centers to support the education and promotion of our clinical portfolio within Gyn/Obst
  • Act as an ambassador for compliance, quality, health and safety standards set out by the company, ensuring that all processes, procedures and trainings are followed and maintained
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and facilitate the development of customer content solutions to address their toughest challenges.




Your Qualifications




  • Educational background: business administration, commercial
  • +5 years of experience with Channel Partners management
  • Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Business acumen
  • Stakeholder management
  • Fluent English and Arabic language
