Our focus on innovative strategies leads us to seek a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and expand our operations in the Middle East region.

Job Description

As the Regional Sales Manager for Middle East region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in the entire region. Your primary objective will be to increase sell-out and market share in collaboration with the Sales Director for the region. Your role will involve establishing meaningful connections with key retailers in the region and employing a data-informed strategy to enhance operations, prioritizing revenue and profitability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies and account plans that enhance revenue generation and profitability, emphasizing effective P&L management for the Middle East region.
  • Analyse and forecast sales & growth metrics and set performance targets, ensuring alignment with SteelSeries' financial objectives.
  • Execute promotional sales and marketing initiatives with key accounts, prioritizing sell-out performance and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, leveraging insights to enhance collaboration and boost sales results.
  • Conduct product training for key account staff to reinforce SteelSeries' brand positioning and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to coordinate regional marketing activities and provide actionable feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as required for business needs.

Qualifications And Skill Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within Consumer Electronics or Gaming.
  • Solid grasp of P&L management and a history of contributing to effective growth in revenues.
  • Experience in sales and trade marketing, with knowledge of the Consumer Gaming/Consumer Electronics channel in the region.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
  • Appreciation for the esports and gaming industry is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
