A newly created role our recent refresh of our 2030 strategy identified the Middle East as a key opportunity for the Group to continue its next phase. The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in building strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product placement, promotion and sales execution. More specifically, your duties will include

The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in building strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product placement, promotion and sales execution. More specifically, your duties will include
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed NSV and market share goals.
- Track distributor performance metrics, analyse sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Identify new distributor in Iraq and work with him on a long term JBP to develop both our brand footprint and distributor capabilities.
- Partner with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and with SNO to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency.
- Support distributors in addressing key account needs and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sales activities and distributor agreements comply with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
- 5 years’ experience within FMCG with experience in building sales plans and executing with distributors
- Substantial experience partnering and influencing commercial outcomes within an FMCG or manufacturing business
- Ability to join the dots and make decisions in a fast moving global business environment
- The fast pace and changing environment require the ability to operate both at a strategic and tactical level
- Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to work with marketing to coordinate plans with demand and supply
- You are someone who loves deep diving into your work, a natural problem solver you are also lateral thinker who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
