As a Reliability and Business Process Lead, this role works within or in close collaboration with regional service delivery, global product line and engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to ensure comprehensive incident management and robust corrective action implementation.

As a Reliability and Business Process Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at
• Reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.
• Collaborating across reliability engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer
• Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
• Supporting job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment/deviation waiver /Management of Change (RA/DWR/MOC) and deployment readiness assessment processes (DRA)
• Facilitating or lead incident investigations
• Analyzing performance data and monitor performance
• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective area to service delivery and supply chain functions
• Handling special projects as required
• Supporting new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying region
• Identifying FRACAS trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions
  
  
  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Have a more than 8 years of experience in CWI
• Have a CWI Technical experience (Field + application engineering or office support), reliability engineering preferably
• Have an excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
• Able to work in a global matrix organization
• Able to understand the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business
