Research And Development Assistant Manager

A leading Chemical manufacturing company is actively recruiting an R&D Assistant Manager for their Sharjah office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Manage the formulation, development, and testing of new products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
• Assist in the implementation of research and development strategies.
• Lead and guide junior researchers and scientists.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide reports, research findings, and project updates.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends and customer needs.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE, preferably candidates based in India.
• PhD or Master's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in R&D within the additives or chemicals industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects.
• Strong knowledge of additives, formulation chemistry, and application techniques.
• Experience in using laboratory equipment and related software for R&D activities.
• Excellent leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
