Research & Development Scientist

Location: Oxfordshire

Full-time | Lab-based

Description:

We’re seeking a Research & Development Scientist to innovate and improve our internal chemistries and analytical testing methods.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute experiments in a laboratory setting

Develop new chemical formulations and test protocols

Analyze data and optimize performance of existing solutions

Maintain documentation and collaborate with QA and product teams

Stay up to date with scientific and industry trends

Skills Required:

Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field

Lab-based R&D experience (at least 2–3 years)

Skilled in spectroscopy, chromatography, titration, etc.

Excellent analytical thinking and scientific writing

Attention to detail and strong teamwork capabilities
