We have a great opportunity for an experienced Reservation Officer to join the team in Sales & Marketing. The successful applicant will have a strong track record in sales and preferable experience in the hospitality industry/luxury customer service.

• Take incoming calls for guest reservations/inquiries.
• Maintain guest records.
• Remain courteous and professional at all time.
• Understand and ascertain guests needs through conversation.
