As Reservations Agent, We Rely On You To

• Responsible for providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservation service
• Attend to telephone enquiries and follow up on guests'requests
• Promotes Rooms / F&B promotions to guests
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Preferably has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
• Customer oriented and result-driven
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has strong interpersonal skills
