THE MISSION?

Are you passionate about creating exceptional living experiences? As the Residences Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between residence owners and the hotel team, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding expectations. You’ll manage all common areas, amenities, and departments, driving financial objectives while fostering an exceptional community atmosphere.

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

  • Liaise with the hotel team to ensure smooth operations between the residences and the hotel .
  • Oversee the Building Manager's work, ensuring compliance with MAMA Residences standards and SOPs .
  • Manage daily operations of the residential entity, ensuring the highest standards are met .
  • Ensure the health, safety, and security of residents and colleagues, maintaining a safe environment .
  • Lead and support department managers and colleagues to achieve financial and operational goals through effective leadership and training .
  • Manage the Residences Common Areas and Owners Lounges, ensuring they are well-maintained and welcoming .
  • Handle resident/owner relations, responding to alerts and concerns within required time frames .
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, ensuring smooth communication and planning .
  • Monitor staffing levels and productivity, optimizing resources for efficiency and satisfaction .
  • Develop and implement emergency and crisis management plans, ensuring readiness for any situation .
  • Plan and coordinate resident events throughout the year, from holiday celebrations to cultural festivals .
  • Solve operational challenges and ensure that SOPs are understood and followed by all colleagues .
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and legal operation .
  • Maintain accurate records, including owner information, parking, storage spaces, and more .
  • Continuously improve operational flow, focusing on productivity and resident satisfaction through sustainable practices .
