The Opportunity

We're exploring launching a new wellness-focused hospitality concept in Dubai (including a cafe and restaurant) centred around longevity and performance.

The concept is backed Biospan, and is launching in collaboration with one of the most ambitious new health & longevity destinations.

We're looking for a sharp, well-rounded operator to lead the day-to-day in Dubai — someone who can set up systems, manage a lean team, liaise with partners, and scale operations without constant oversight.

What You'll Be Doing

• Launch and manage a boutique café and restaurant centred around organic foods and personalised nutrition.
• Oversee all daily operations — service, inventory, POS, compliance, training, client experience
• Managing local regulations and company financials
• Work closely with an on-site Nutritionist to help integrate meal plans and support health journeys
• Report directly to the founder team and help shape the Dubai operation for future growth
• Handle relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and other wellness stakeholders
• Marketing coordination
  
  

You Might Be a Fit If…

• You've launched or managed boutique F&B or wellness venues
• You have a track record of launching and managing restaurants
• You know how to run lean operations and build from scratch
• You're comfortable owning the outcome and being the on-the-ground partner in Dubai
