Summary

We are seeking a visionary Restaurant Manager to lead one of our signature dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting the benchmark for luxury service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver memorable, trend-setting dining concepts.
  • Elevate the guest journey through personalized, seamless, and unforgettable experiences.
  • Oversee operations, budgets, and service delivery to ensure excellence and profitability.
  • Position the restaurant as a destination of choice for both international and local guests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of progressive experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, staff development, and team engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine pairing, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
