With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team within the food and beverage department. This position involves managing and leading a group of staff members to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and a positive guest experience. Assist the Restaurant General Manager / Restaurant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensures the outlet provides quality Food and Beverage service that is consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with the budget and forecast.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager / Restaurant Manager. He/she must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
