Job Description

As a Retail Banking Executive specializing in Auto Loans, your role is pivotal in driving the growth and management of our auto loan portfolio. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring that customer needs are met with tailored financial solutions. This role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with all banking regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a focus on retail banking and auto loan products. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the bank's auto loan portfolio by attracting new clients.
• Evaluate customer needs and tailor auto loan products to meet those needs effectively.
• Provide detailed information to clients about the terms and conditions of auto loans.
• Review and process auto loan applications with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with credit analysts to determine the viability of approving loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements for all loan products.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products and services to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends affecting auto loans, including interest rates and competition.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
• Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize financial risk to the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record in managing and growing an auto loan portfolio effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
