Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on fitness and nutrition goals.
- Stay informed about various fitness and nutrition products' features, benefits, and uses.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of nutritional supplements, fitness equipment, and related merchandise.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Educate customers on the benefits of different fitness and nutrition products.
- Guide product usage, proper nutrition, and fitness routines.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area.
- Ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Actively engage in marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fitness and nutrition industry.
- Knowledge of health and wellness products, including supplements, fitness equipment, and related items.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
