The Role
Job Description: - Conduct daily sales meetings to follow up, provide instructions, and offer weekly product training. - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy. - Coordinate with the sales team on payments, collections, key orders, and project estimates while acting as a focal point between departments. - Support sales staff by managing time effectively, evaluating performance, handling complex issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications: - Open to Arabic and European nationalities - Male, 40 years old and below - Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 4 years experience in retail sales with proven track record in achieving sales targets, implementing strategies, and managing store operations.
