Job Brief:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead the laundry retail operations across multiple branches in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in laundry and fashion retail, combining hands-on operational management with strategic planning. This role involves ensuring excellent service standards, driving sales performance, managing teams, and supporting the expansion of retail outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all laundry retail outlets to ensure smooth workflow and service consistency.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and product presentation.
• Monitor store performance metrics, including order volume, customer retention, and service turnaround.
• Develop, implement, and enhance commission schemes for all staff.
• Supervise and support customer service and front-line staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through promotions, loyalty programs, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvement strategies.
• Ensure all pending payments are cleared across all service levels.
• Oversee inventory levels of detergents, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely replenishment of stock.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on shop expansion strategy and location scouting.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new branch openings.
• Lead setup, staffing, and operational readiness for new outlets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze branch-level KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth planning for retail operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or service operations, preferably in the laundry or hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and multi-branch management experience.
• Experience in launching or scaling service outlets is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid Driving License (mandatory).
