Retail Salesperson

A family-run Swedish candy shop bringing joy (and serious sugar highs) is now expanding across the country.

They're all about kindness, energy, and good vibes — and they want their team to reflect that.

What you’ll do:

As a Retail Sales Associate , you’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them pick their favourite treats, and keeping the store looking great.

• Greet and assist customers with a smile
• Maintain an inviting and organized shop floor
• Learn about their range of Swedish candies (don’t worry — it’s easy and fun!)
• Support day-to-day store operations and sales
  
  

What we’re looking for:

We’re not hiring based on resumes — we’re hiring for attitude and personality .

• You’re friendly, kind, and naturally upbeat
• You love talking to people and making them feel welcome
• You’re quick to learn and ready to grow
• Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not a must
  
  

The details:

Schedule: 6 days/week, 8.5-hour shifts

Shifts range: Between 10:00 AM – 12:00/1:00 AM (depending on mall hours)

Salary: AED 3,500–4,500/month
