The Role
Position Title: Revenue Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation. Job Description: - Implement best practices for revenue management, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize distribution partnerships to maximize profitability. - Oversee daily yield operations, adjust strategies based on market trends and provide weekly dynamic forecasts with budget comparisons and variance analysis. - Perform competitive benchmarking, create rolling demand calendars and analyze hotel performance to provide actionable recommendations for long-term strategy improvements. - Ensure revenue management systems are fully optimized, maintain a functional website booking process and regularly monitor data quality for accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Male, 45 years old and below - Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 3 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or similar roles, preferably in the hospitality. - Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), pricing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
