Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Miral Experiences Leisure Facilities in the Technical Services Rides Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus, directly impacting on the maintenance of rides, facilities and attractions. This position provides all of the necessary maintenance required for preserving and improving the physical functionality, safety and appearance of all rides and attractions and facilities in order to ensure Guest satisfaction.

• Perform daily checks, start-up, closing procedures, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for all rides, attractions.
• Ensure the rides and attractions readiness before time depending on the park operational hours.
• Maintain and ensure that all rides and attractions are safe for all colleagues and guests.
• Respond and resolve call of downtime of the rides and attractions.
• Reduce downtime in the rides and attractions by ensuring that all Preventive Maintenance activities are performed well based on manufacturer’s requirements.
• Responsible in reporting and informing Team Leaders with regards to the issues and concerns that affects the safe operation of all rides and attractions.
• Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance Checklists are completed and submitted to Team Leader on deadline.
• Ensure that all Corrective Maintenance is performed well and eliminate from happening again.
• Attend briefing, training and development program for personal growth
  
  

Essential:

• 3+ years’ in maintenance field.
• To be expert in at least one of the following fields:
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Good English speaking and writing abilities.
• Physical fitness
  
  

Desirable:

• 4+ years’ ride-related experience in a Theme Park or Amusement Industry maintaining rides & attractions.
• Capable in reading and understanding operations and maintenance manuals of all rides and attractions.
• Willing to learn and develop their skills and knowledge by engaging in work either in electrical or mechanical aspect.
• Capable to work in environment where temperature are adequate to extreme, with some hazardous conditions caused by noise, chemical, dust, etc.
• With the experience in reading drawings, schematic diagram, hydraulic drawings and diagrams.
• Experience in troubleshooting and solving issue with rides and attractions
