What We Can Offer
The Road Safety Lead will be responsible for:
To create demonstrable value for customers by understanding their drivers and critical success factors. Execute technical work for FEED and detail design within designated Cost Time & Resource (CTR) scopes. Implement, practice and Monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in FEED office projects. Carry out appropriate discipline, inter discipline checks and review of engineering, and design work and contributes to excellent HSE performance throughout the engineering phase of the project life cycle.

- Ensure adherence to local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
- Analyze workplace accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
- Establish and maintain emergency response plans to handle workplace incidents effectively.
- Monitor and enhance HSE policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices.
The Road Safety Lead will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans i.e. Road Safety Operations, Detour, journey management, traffic management etc.
- Develop and implement Emergency Response Plan related to road safety operations.
- Develop and implement HSE and Driver Safety induction.
- Plan and conduct campaigns related to Road Safety Operations.
- Conduct Road Safety Trainings.
- Have in depth knowledge in presenting monthly / weekly road safety operations reports.
- Develop and implement inspection regime of Road Safety operations.
- Develop and implement Road safety Operations audit program.
- Have in depth knowledge about Road Safety Rag reports, asset and driver functionality reports, violation reports etc.
- Have in depth knowledge about Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment of Transport Safety (Routine and non-routine operations).
- Good understanding of accident Investigation reporting and investigation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge on Green field and brown field road safety operations procedures.
- Expert in developing training modules and delivering trainings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Expected
- Minimum 10 - 12 Years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing and implementing Road Safety aspects with a specific focus on IVMS data generation and reports
- Preferably any Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a reputed university / Institution.
- NEBOSH IGC
- Diploma in HSE
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Any other HSE certifications would be added advantage
