Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Room Attendant at Delano Dubai, you will be an essential part of our housekeeping team, responsible for creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain the luxurious standards that Delano is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Delano's standards, ensuring all amenities are stocked and the environment is inviting.
• Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness and order, paying special attention to high-touch areas.
• Laundry Management: Handle linens and laundry with care, ensuring all items are clean and well-presented for guest use.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing their overall experience.
• Supplies Inventory: Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors when items need replenishing.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and support each other in maintaining high standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
