As a Room Boy, you will report to the Deputy Front Office Manager, and work within established hotel policies and procedures. Your primary focus will be ensuring a hygienic, orderly, and welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining high service standards.

Position Summary
As a Room Boy, you will report to the Deputy Front Office Manager, and work within established hotel policies and procedures. Your primary focus will be ensuring a hygienic, orderly, and welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the hotel.
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and removing trash.
- Stock housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies and ensure storage areas are well-maintained.
- Report lost and found items to the Operations Supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to hotel safety and emergency procedures, promoting accident prevention and awareness.
- Provide regular feedback on guest satisfaction to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- English speaking proficiency is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and interact professionally with guests.
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and operations procedures is a plus.
