What You Will Do
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Set up and clear trays and tables in guest rooms, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
- Process payments for room service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, including storage areas and service corridors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand standalone restaurant.
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
- Work Authorization.
