Qualifications

Qualifications & Regulatory Requirements

All applicants must meet the regulatory and professional standards set by KHDA and Aldar Education to be eligible for employment. This includes but is not limited to:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject supported by a PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• A minimum of two years’ full-time teaching experience (post-qualification)
• Proven experience delivering the British Curriculum (English National Curriculum) – essential
• International school experience within a high-performing, values-led environment – desirable
• Excellent subject knowledge with a demonstrable track record of high-quality classroom practice
• A strong commitment to safeguarding, pastoral care, and co-curricular contribution
• A clear dedication to continuous professional development and whole-school life
  
  
  

All qualifications must be fully attested in line with UAE visa requirements and KHDA approval processes, and all appointments are subject to enhanced safer recruitment checks in accordance with Aldar Education policy.
