Safety & Access Coordinator

This role involves:

• Providing administrative support to the Safety and Access Division to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducting Health & Safety activities on event days (including Bump-In and Bump-Out days).
• Support the HSE Manager in coordinating and executing all POD initiatives and operational updates.
• Support the Safety & Access Division with parking operations as assigned, ensuring safety and access protocols are followed.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

Qualifications: 

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Crowd Management Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.  
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in events.  
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
