Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies for construction sites
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments using advanced methodologies
Investigate incidents/near-misses and implement corrective actions
Deliver safety training programs to workers and management
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (DMA, DM, AD EHSMS)
Monitor PPE usage and equipment safety across all operations
Prepare emergency response plans and conduct drills
Analyze safety data and present improvement recommendations
Must-Have Skills & Certifications
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (required)
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
Expertise in risk assessment tools (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA)
Proficiency in safety management software (Intelex, EHS Insight)
Strong knowledge of international safety standards (ISO 45001)
Excellent communication and training skills
Ability to work in high-pressure construction environments
