- Plan and implement regular instore VM rotations
- Ensure VM maintenance is in excellent condition at all time (display, VM tools, furnitures)
- Interact with the store team and the other departments – collaborate with dept managers, train vm ambassadors and sales associates on visual merchandising topics
- Follow up store openings and renovations projects
- Support during window installations and other special projects (trunkshow, showroom, press day set ups)
- Monitor impact of VM actions
- Visit competitors and report best practices
- Share photo reports with store teams and VM headquarters after each rotation
- Minimum 3 years experience in VM
- Fluent in English - Arabic/French is a plus
- Ratio – 60% store 40% office
- Team player, flexible
- Strong communication and listening skills
