Position: Account Manager (Aviation parts sales)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the aviation industry to establish new business opportunities.
• Develop account strategies to align with client goals and objectives and identify opportunities for growth
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating updates, project status and any issues that arise
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
• Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Aviation Trading sector
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree.
