Position Summary

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth client interactions. This position requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including lead management, proposal development, client service, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:
  2. Track and qualify incoming leads from various sources (e.g., website inquiries, referrals).
  3. Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and their interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Schedule and coordinate initial client meetings and consultations.
  5. Proposal Development:
  6. Collaborate with sales team members to develop customized proposals for training programs.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support proposal development.
  8. Ensure proposals are professional, well-written, and accurately reflect client needs and budget.
  9. Client Service:
  10. Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
  11. Answer client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  12. Assist clients with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  13. Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and effectively.
  14. Sales Administration:
  15. Maintain accurate records of sales data, including contracts, invoices, and client information.
  16. Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support sales activities.
  17. Assist with the planning and execution of sales events and conferences.
  18. Administrative Support:
  19. Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred).
  4. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  8. Experience with Asana is a plus.
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
