Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and developing client relationships. Strategize and execute sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high-quality customer service in the construction and building materials sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve white cement targets.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in new markets and segments such as projects, refabricated products, putty, and tile adhesive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production, QA, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

• 10 - 15 years of sales experience (preferably in construction and building materials).
• Any qualification (Bachelor) with relevant experience.
• Business understanding and sales fundamentals.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as planning and organizing skills.
• Strong skills in Sales - Selling, negotiation, and customer orientation.
