Job Brief:

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B sales within the hygiene products or floor care machinery industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and an existing network of contacts across hotels, companies, consultants, facility managers, developers, and contractors. A valid driving license is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for hygiene products or floor care machinery.
• Expand and maintain a strong network of clients, including hotels, companies, consultants, facility managers, developers, and contractors.
• Identify potential leads and pitch suitable product solutions to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales efforts.
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic performance reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Proven experience in selling floor care machinery or hygiene-related products & equipment.
• Strong network and industry contacts in sectors such as hospitality, facility management, and construction.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
