Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the branded manufacturer that delivers the most personal jewellery experience. Job Description: The Sales Assistant will give our customers a unique, exceptional and friendly shopping experience, by being knowledgeable, service minded and working with the available systems. Area of Responsibilities
Know our company history and living by our vision, mission and values
Ensure a continuous high level of product knowledge including target groups, the product range, customization and selling arguments
Assist in planning and implementing needed marketing activities according to overall marketing plan to ensure continuous flow of traffic
Ensure a continuous update and styling of the showroom to optimize sales, space management and the presentation of the product range according to the visual guidelines The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of Sales experience. This is a sales focused role so you will need to be a natural and confident sales person with the ability to be the number one sales person in store as well as being passionate and people focused.
Language Skills
English: Advanced(Verbal & Written) Arabic : required
Computer Skills
MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Key soft competence requirement:
Continuously have a professional, smart and well-groomed appearance according to the national dress code
Excellent listening and communication skills (clear, concise, understandable)
Customer focus
Drive for results
Ability to operate under pressure
Take ownership and responsibility for appointed tasks
Cross cultural understanding
