Purpose and Objectives for the Role

The primary objective of this role is to maximize ticket sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for accurately processing sales transactions, engaging customers with product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role supports Big Ticket’s brand values by delivering outstanding service and creating memorable interactions with customers.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers in understanding raffle prizes, promotions, and product details.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support new team members through training and mentorship.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales and maintaining records.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
