Job Summary
Responsible for welcoming customers and offering them assistance. Sales Associate will also include operating cash registers, stocking shelves and preparing merchandise for display.
Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers.
- Responding to questions and giving information to the customers.
- Sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Providing recommendations to customers.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Up-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Managing financial transactions and processing payments.
- Preparing merchandise and designing displays.
- Assisting with inventory.
- Handling refunds and returns.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Creating a positive customer experience and work environment.
- At least 2 to 3 years of retail experience.
- Experience in the luxury chocolate / any confectionary & food retail industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Graduate in a related discipline.
- An excellent communicator & negotiator.
- Merchandising skills and must be able to create trays, baskets, and customized gifts.
- Excellent in customer service and handling customer complaints.
