- Make quotation, follow up internally
- Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation are obtained.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to coordinate export activities and meet customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments
