We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator – Tender Support (Oilfield Services)
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our tendering and sales operations. If you have hands-on experience in preparing and submitting bids, particularly in ADNOC and similar portals, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, this opportunity is tailored for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Engineers and Sales Support Supervisor in preparing inquiries, quotations, EOIs, and tender documents.
- Generate and submit quotations in ORACLE System and relevant portals, including ADNOC.
- Liaise with principals/vendors to obtain quotations and ensure timely bid submission.
- Respond to client clarifications via email or portal within assigned timelines.
- Organize, file, and update all relevant documentation (softcopies and shared folders).
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Sales Support Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within an Oilfield Services company, with proven experience in handling bids for ADNOC and other portals.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Software: Proficient in MS Office; experience with Oracle system preferred.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
