What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Call and convert leads into Test Drives (TDs) and Tokens, ensuring high-quality engagement and follow-through.
• Work closely with stakeholders to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
• Handle multiple customers efficiently, even when traffic is high.
  
  

What’s Under The Hood

• Strong communication and multitasking skills – you’ll need to shift gears quickly!
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple requests.
• Experience in automotive background or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in software tools (i.e., CRM) is preferred.
