Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator - Polaris & Indian Motorcycles to join our Specializes Sports Equipment business. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, actively managing customer communications across multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. You will play a key part in supporting our sales initiatives, executing and measuring marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, acquisition, and loyalty. Your role will be instrumental in analyzing customer data, monitoring inquiries and performance metrics, and maintaining effective customer relations through prompt issue resolution. Additionally, you'll enhance the company’s digital presence and help ensure smooth sales and after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and support walk-in customers, collect contact details, and connect them with sales executives.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery, providing clear customer briefings on key features and benefits.
  • Ensure accurate processing of warranty registrations and manage ownership transfers with correct documentation.
  • Oversee all documentation associated with Vehicle Change Certificates (VCC), updating and informing customers on status changes.
  • Efficiently handle refund requests, submitting complete packages to finance while ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Act as the liaison between sales, finance, and banks for loan and financing documentation processes.
  • Administer documentation for rental and demo rides, ensuring clients understand usage terms.
  • Liaise with colleagues to facilitate new vehicle registration, export certificates, and addition of new models with relevant authorities.
  • Manage targeted WhatsApp broadcast messages and monitor customer interactions on social media platforms.
  • Drive marketing CRM activities through follow-up, quality feedback collection, and detailed reporting.

Must have requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate customer insights and sales data.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, solve problems proactively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering satisfaction.

Nice to have requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Prior exposure to automotive or specialized sports equipment sectors.
