What is the job about?

Drive awareness and adoption of Grundfos technologies and value-adding solutions within the Industry Division, focusing on industry-specific needs and opportunities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sales Development Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales development strategies to penetrate the responsible markets and enhance profitability.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and threats, leveraging data analytics tools.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train internal/external sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Project Management: Lead business development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Grundfos at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively across functional areas, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Sales Growth: Support in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Market Share Expansion: Increase market share within the IMEA region.
  • Customer Interaction: Maximize face-to-face interactions with customers to build trust and rapport.
  • Initiative Success: Successfully launch and execute sales development initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other tasks or project as and when required

Your Background:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a large international company, preferably in the industry sector.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the native language of the area;
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage projects and processes.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the area of responsibility
  • Digital Proficiency: Ability to leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • CRM Skills: Expert in CRM systems and MS Office suite.
